We believe in being fair…
We understand that sometimes things crop up that you couldn’t predict and you may not be able to attend one of our events or eco-holidays or find the time to complete one of our online courses.
We want to be as fair to you as we can whilst still protecting our work and the projects we’re supporting.
We’ve outlined our refund policies below:
Events and Eco-Holidays
When you have bought your ticket directly from our website, we will issue a refund if we cancel, move the location or reschedule the event. You can request a refund for any of these reasons by emailing us at info@wilderculture.com.
If you have purchased a ticket from a ‘re-seller’ then we are not responsible for refunding you for any reason, you must speak with the person you have bought the ticket from. We do not recommend you buy any tickets that are being re-sold. Please be cautious if buying tickets to our event on any other platform. Read more about buying event tickets safely online.
Please note: you are not entitled to a refund if you change your mind about going or realise you can’t go anymore. However, if you let us know in advance we will try to re-sell your place/s for you, if we are successful we will issue a refund minus an admin fee for this service.
Online Courses
You can request a full refund up to 10 days after paying for access to a course or workshop provided you have not yet accessed the materials. Any request for refunds after ten days following purchase, or once you have accessed the materials, if approved, will receive a credit note which can be used towards a future Wilderculture online course.
In such cases, 20% of the course fee will be charged as an administration fee. This will only be granted if you have accessed less than 25% of the course. Credit notes expire after 12 months.
Refund Timescale
We aim to process refunds as soon as possible but please allow up to 30 days from the day you submitted your request. Stripe and credit card refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to process.
